New Years resolutions….. We all make them and most of us break them. I know in the past you have heard me say, “if you write down your goals you are 80% more likely to get them done”. Part of the reason I have been absent from all of my social media is that I have been working to get my goals on track. I have gone off the deep end with my fiancé Shae. We are doing a no dairy, no gluten, and no alcohol diet all of January. I have been doing this for 14 days now and I am feeling great. I want to pass on one idea for everyone that is trying to keep their New Years resolutions. If you are trying to loose weight, start with giving up gluten or dairy for the next two weeks or both if you are feeling frisky. Remember, if you can make it for two weeks, your digestive system will start to reset and you will start feeling better.
